Situated on spacious grounds, Eden Mills and Guelph, strategically located between Rockwood, is the community oriented Nursing and Retirement Home. Eden House is also affiliated with various educational institutions and over the years has provided supervision and work placements for students. Awards and Affiliations Eden House has received a 3 year accreditation award from both the Canadian Council on Health Accreditation (CCCHSA) and also from the Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA). Over $165, 000.00 has been raised by Eden House since 1988. Eden House has been associated with the local chapter of the Alzheimer Society and has supported them through fundraising activates for the last 17 years. The one storey home is surrounded by landscaped grounds and trees with landscaped walkways and a Memorial Garden for residents and families to wonder peacefully at their leisure. Eden House now operates as a 58 bed Nursing Home and 20 bed Retirement Home. About Eden House The home has undergone several renovations resulting in a new state of the art Home opened in 1991 and an addition and renovation in the Retirement Home in 1995. The family owned and operated home was founded in 1968 and continues to be operated by second and third generation family members.
